This Fall, eCLOSE will host a citizen science-based fundraiser, where participating donors will have the opportunity to conduct research focused on defining how dietary interventions used in their home communities affect cancer & diabetes signaling pathways. These 90-minute instructional programs are aimed at educating the public about the role of diet in disease, engage them in discussions about how cultural dietary practices impact risk/ prevention, & take them through the experimental program & data analysis step-by-step.

Our goal is to empower an entire generation of Heroes for Health who will transform the health of residents, NATIONWIDE, by leveraging diet to reduce risk.
